The following is a list of
additional reports available at Abstract &
Title Company. These are not title reports,
and title insurance will not be issued with
them. Abstract & Title has no liability,
and there is no credit on a later title policy
for the amount paid for the search.
LISTING PACKET
A listing packet provides the last deed of
record; legal description; map of property,
and tax information for the property.
LOT BOOK REPORT
A lot book report shows the last deed of record
and encumbrances during the past 10 years.
It also includes a search to show judgments.
City liens and real property taxes are also
listed.
FORCLOSURE GUARANTEE
Foreclosure Guarantees are issued to attorneys
to indicate the state of the title, and the
parties to be named as defendants. Supplemental
up-to-date- endorsements are issued at no
additional cost.
PROBATE REPORT
This report is for an attorney preparing to
probate a decedant’s estate. It provides
correct legal description of the property
owned; how acquired; amount paid; and the
Assessor’s market value.
PERSONAL PROPERTY LIEN SEARCH
A personal property lien search provides judgments
or liens against the person or corporation.
SURVEY REPORT
This report
is issued to surveyors to assist with the
subdividing of property.
